[FIX] SplitContainer: only set the width/height of end container

The start container width/height should be calculated automatically.
Setting width/height of end and start container leads to incorrect width/height if window size changes. Defining a callback on resize would be possible as well but is neither necessary nor elegant.
Ensure min-width/min-height to avoid disappearing divider.
