Fixed management command and tests

Coverage indicated 'update' conditional within management command script was not being tripped.
Due to how the org and member are related, we cannot change the org name in salesforce and simply
update the member, it will instead create a new member altogether.

Re-did the test to not use changing the name as the test case and it now works. May want to
modify this relationship in the future (perhaps include Salesforce ID in the member model) to
work around this issue, but renaming a business is rare enough to not be that important (for now
we just manually edit those cases, if there even are any).
