Fix access to pulse columns bug

- Due to DaPulse's slight inconsistency in the API, column values are not accessible when a Pulse is accessed by itself. Column values are only available when a Pulse is gotten through a PulseBoard such as creation or a loop of all the Pulses. To get around this, I added another API call if the column values are not accessible to access the column value directly instead of looping through all of the Pulses on a PulseBoard.
- Added respective unit tests for getting/setting column values
