Fix viewport logic regarding translation of screen/viewport coordinates

- when dragging a selection box it will snap within the viewport
- when screencoordinates are outside viewport the viewport coordinates
  are NULL
- viewport can now be rendered on an arbitrary position on the screen
- render the one (and only) viewport 100 pixels lower and render a very,
  very ugly looking rectangle thingy that should kinda represent icons
  you can click to build FREAKING AWESOME SHIT
- For #9 and #31
