More Improvements & Coverage:
* Move to sbt-project 0.7.0 release
* Get Coverage target over 90%
* Make FutureHelper use the mkThrowable function of the LoggingHelper
* Add a simpler version of await that uses defatul or implicit timeout value
* Add a HelperComponent trait to combine Logging, Future and Throwing helpers
* Fix Registrable.finalize to not throw on unregistration of a non-registered object
* Remove dead or unused code
* Add more test cases for FutureHelper, Registration and Patterns
* Make sure getLocation works with an empty stack
