* Add GREL data() function for HTML/XML elements
- fixes #4189

* rename data() funciton to scriptText()
- removes unnecessary extra parameter
- improves description of function for users

* rename data() to scriptText()

* merge master changes for new Parent() function

* oops, lost the Parent symbol locally, but fixed now
