Handle when stdout has lines longer than 64kb.

bufio.ScanLines() would fail by default in that case, returning
bufio.ErrTooLong. Instead of increasing the buffer without bound, change the
scanning function to return these partial lines and change the stdout handling
loop to properly process these incomplete lines.

Be more stringent about trailing LF on the last line.

Includes regression test.
