Changes shorthand symlinks under run/

- `ABORTED`, `RUNNING` remains the same as before.
- `LATEST` is the latest run attempted, instead of the latest one
  successfully finished.
- `FINISHED` is the latest finished one.

- `ABORTED.COMPILE`, `RUNNING.COMPILE`, `LATEST.COMPILE` are the
  corresponding ones for deepdive-compile command, except `compiled`,
  which is used instead of FINISHED.COMPILE

Based on daily operation, it turns out there's a frequent need for
visiting the LATEST attempted run and/or compile, regardless of whether
it succeeded or not.
