add StatusReport for connections

The StatusReport contains information about all known configured
connections. The static generate method takes a ConnectorMap and generates
the report for all the connectors it contains.

Convenience method ConnectorServiceInterface::getStatusReport() returns a
fresh report on every call for the internal connectors.
