Commit Message

Set test as ActiveJob queue_adapter by default and set perform_enqueued_jobs to false

Add wait times to each job

raise Curator::Exceptions::Curator error instead of just raising Exception in Derivatives Job

Ensure Audio Video and OAI thumbnail derivative jobs are NOT processed

raise CUrator::Exception::RemoteServiceError if the derivatives service fails(Allows active job to retry)
