Replace obsolete AC_TRY_COMPILE/LINK/RUN in configure.ac
(refactoring)

* configure.ac (AC_TRY_COMPILE): Replace with
AC_COMPILE_IFELSE(AC_LANG_SOURCE) or AC_COMPILE_IFELSE(AC_LANG_PROGRAM).
* configure.ac (AC_TRY_LINK): Replace with
AC_LINK_IFELSE(AC_LANG_PROGRAM); reformat code.
* configure.ac (AC_TRY_RUN): Replace with AC_RUN_IFELSE(AC_LANG_SOURCE).
