Add github extension info to sonarqube (#86)

## Description

Added repository name and branch data to sonarqube extension, derivated from `atlas-github` newer version, to version 3.x. This was already added to 2.x, but after 3.x has branched out.

## Changes
* ![IMPROVE] Sets sonarqube project name and key using the latest inference from `atlas-github`
