Fixed: requirements.txt & .travis.yml (for pytest-cov & coveralls)

Previously, we used "coverage" directly. However, this brought a version of
"coverage" incompatible with "coveralls," and it was suboptimal with pytest.

So I removed the direct requirement on "coverage" (so "coveralls" specifies
for itself) and we use "pytest-cov" for better integration of coverage with
pytest.
