Commit Message

Configuring Maven to deploy artifacts to new GitHub branch.  Updating Travis' after success script to trigger the deploy goal.  I also had to configure Travis, through the web UI, to ignore branches without a .travis.yml file.  Otherwise, deploying to the Github branch caused a new, failing Travis build.
