collection_download_repo.py fixes

* {resourceUrl} placeholder added for specyfying default repository
  resource to be downloaded
* catch errors caused by lack of requests and/or rdflib libraries and
  display a user-friendly message
* create empty directories (until now when due to --maxDepth a file has
  been never reached, no directories were created)
* fix the recursive path creation
* drop the --recursive parameter (recursive download is default now and
  can't be prevented with --maxDepth 0)
