Expanded user input control

- Added empty string as possible CLI argument value
- Moved input retry control to individual Replacements

Replacement is still limited to standard interaction
(input + optional retry).
Considering full terminal access for replacements with
`Source::message()` method working in interactive mode
(and simplified Source interface).
