Use a newer Test::Stream so Test::Stream::Bundle::V1 exports cmp_ok

cmp_ok is part of Test::Stream::Plugin::Core and is not exported by
default prior to 1.302025-TRIAL

Manually reminding every test to install cmp_ok is just too much work
now.
