fix(profile_picture) : profile_picture existence check

 profile_picture의 존재 여부를 None과 비교해왔는데, 내용물이 비어있어도
 profile_picture 자체는 None이 되지 않음. bool(profile_picture)를 해야
 비어있다면 false, 사진 파일이 존재하면 true 값을 얻을 수 있음.
 이에 따라 None과의 비교를 bool()로 전부 대체.
