PHPC-450: failReceivedGetmore does not support getMore commands

This test appears to have been a merge of cursor-getmore-004.phpt (based on the copy-pasted title) and our sort tests (where we dump data fixtures).

In any event, it was mainly testing a failed getMore with the default aggregate cursor batch size. The fail point used to test this in 3.0 no longer handles the getMore command in 3.2, so it's currently not possible to port this to 3.2.
