DS-3563: Use SumEmptyHandling for cases that are empty by filtering or by design (#17)

Added use of SumEmptyHandling() for two cases where Sum(NULL) or Sum(vector of length 0) would return an NA when a 0 should be expected:
* CorrespondenceAnalysis when checking nrow(column.coordinates) which can be NULL in a Correspondence Analysis of a Square Table.
* sampleSizeMatrix when computing the sample size of a vector which could be empty (and hence where the sample size should be 0)
