Fix minor bugs

* Roll back recent change to Exit.related to detect cloned rooms
  * Fake exits have no targets, so can't check target.key
  * Changed Room to only bind to Exits if first; clone rooms aren't
* When logging is disabled, missing levels/exclude could cause
  errors; now default to empty lists
* Added timeout to tests.lib.Client.read_until, so failed tests no
  longer hang
* Added DEBUG_TN to tests.lib, for debugging raw telnet data
