Build test object and executable files in tests folder (MS VC)

This is to match that of GNU make script.

* src/Makefile.msft (test_atomic, test_atomic_generalized, test_malloc,
test_stack, check, check-noautogen): Add "..\tests\" prefix to test
target.
* src/Makefile.msft (test_atomic, test_atomic_generalized, test_malloc,
test_stack): Specify object file.
* src/Makefile.msft (clean): Delete .exe, .obj files in tests folder;
do not delete .exe files in src folder.
