Temporarily override the alabaster layout.html file

There appears to be a bug where the following `meta` html tag was not
closed, which resulted in browser weirdness.

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=0.9, maximum-scale=0.9" />

I'll keep this in here until I get a chance to PR this fix upstream.
