 Describe new "version" config option in docs

 Support for a new "version" setting has been added. The settings file can
 accept this option, and the `pulp_smash.config.ServerConfig` object has this
 attribute as well. Make `python -m pulp_smash` describe the usage and purpose
 of this new option, and mention the new option in the API documentation too.
