Remove uses of /csrf_token endpoint in client and agent (#2247)

* agent: remove csrf_token usage

* client: remove csrf_token usage

* Bump client version

* agent: drop custom cookie jar

Now that we don't need to make a HEAD request to /csrf_token, we don't
have a session cookie to store.
