Add attribute `namespace` sugar

This commit adds sugar to the attribute DSL (which is actually just the node)
for dynamically creating nested attributes without the Ruby hash syntax.

    namespace 'apache2' do
      namespace 'config' do
        root '/var/www'
      end
    end
