Updates to unit tests and respective fixes

- Rearrange unit tests into separate folders and files based on what it's testing
- Introduction of two new exceptions: InvalidArraySizeException & ArgumentMismatchException
- Bug fixes to createColumn()
- The order of PulseBoard::createBoard() arguments were switched; the name of the board comes before the user ID now
