0.3.0 - improved change objects, better heuristics + more.

Improvements include:
* New compare() method that gives easy access to the before/after state
  from the return value.
* Unambiguous change objects, with easy access to the state of the node
  before/after the change, including CSS paths, indices, and access
  to relevant siblings and parents.
* Better heuristics, which should now be much better at detecting what
  was merely changed, and what was completely replaced.
* Ability to completely ignore the content of text nodes during
  comparison.
* More configurability - customizable weights for the default comparator
  and an ability to use a completely custom comparison function.
