fix: connections were not being reused

The connectors create clients and those clients were always being
recreated on every getConnection() call to the ConnectorService or
Connector as the variable to check whether the client has been created
wasn't properly set upon creation. This single line of code should enable
reusing of persistent connections in all the important clients we have.
That's mainly couchdb connection via guzzle/curl and elasticsearch client
w/ curl.
