feat: support label creation and listing sale batches (#13)

* labels.createLabel and sales.listSaleBatches
* reference get and post thru client
* add missing params to rep and product list
* sales.createExternalBatch and sales.createFileBatch
  to support more request body props than sales.createBatch
* more query params for labels.getLabels
* fix this.getOrgId() -> this.client.getOrgId()
* one more bad ref
