No longer mark payments with an empty amount to success, gateways and extensions should handle this. An empty amount should sometimes result in an exception, for example, if a mandate has to be obtained via a € 0.01 iDEAL payment. Some of the supported extensions already don't call the Pronamic Pay gateway in case of an empty amount. We should probably test how this is handled in the forms extensions (Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, etc.).
