Benchmark: Ehcache3 is horribly slow for large caches

No cache is optimized for eviction, as that's not a desirable scenario.
Unfortunately when running the Simulator, Ehcache can take minutes while
all others take seconds. This JMH benchmark demonstrates the effect as
the cache size increases with 100% eviction rate.
