Feature/metaserver peerof add proxy (#452)

* 1.change peerof command params (ip, port) -> (endpoint)
2.CRDTInfoResultExtractor extractPeerMasters callback List<RedisMeta> -> List<Pair<Long, Endpoint>>
3.PeerMasterAdjustJob not compatible with lower versions crdt redis (1.0.4 info replication no gid)
