Use a function instead of manually appending to GVI_BASE_URL

Doing a manual append has led to problems in the past, since it's quite
possible to mess it up (and, for example, add two query string separators).

As such, it's better to have it as a function taking a single argument for the
video ID.

Fixes #26.
