Merge pull request #31 from krocard/install_schemas

Install schemas

The pfw can validated its configuration using xsd schemas. Unfortunately those were not installed.

Add a cmake install rule to export them to share/parameter-framework/schemas.

Also rename the "Schemas" director to "schemas" for consistency with the other directory names (low case).
