Commit Message

Changed AsyncHttpConnector to specify more base exception types and fewer specialized types.

In particular, we catch HttpException to also catch Http2ConnectionException.
Some permanent HTTP exceptions, most notably those caused by invalid
configuration, are specified as exclusions.
