* fix #49 missing request type + tests
* #46 improve request + refactoring
* lambda helper functions (should be part of alexa package)
* try explicitly setting `shouldEndSession` to `false`, but I don't see it in the response?!?
* #46 ask for slot value with Dialog:ElicitSlot
* add lambda test request with `NO_MATCH` resolution

* fix S3 bucket policy to match staging and production
