Commit Message

Improve FastCGI error handling

Regroup the error handling boilerplate in a single inlined function
'process_stream_error'.

 - handle FastCGI errors which correspond to negative error codes.
 - cast the resulting 'GLib.Error' into 'IOError' to avoid warnings.
 - call 'clear_error' to cleanup the stream

Close the error stream before the output stream to avoid undesirable
write operation.
