Update build to support building QMLUI / QLC+v5.x for Linux (#1279)

* Exit on Error, re-use downloaded files, use popd and pushd.

* Fix usage of pushd and popd.
This allows to read the failing test directory from the test log.

* Use the available CPU cores.

* Differentiate folders for test between ui and qmlui builds.

A later improvement could be to integrate the test selection with qmake
and make which already maintain a list of relevant directories.

* Fix path comparison: absolute path does not contain relative path (../).

* Fix test runs for QMLUI build and scriptv4.cpp

* Fix linux build issues.

* Prepare debian build for QMLUI / QLCv5.x

Run them in both configurations as they address a different set of
tests, contain specific test assumptions and may lead to different
results.

* Implement qmlui differentiation in coverage.sh and use 'make lcov' as entry point.

* Ignore the ui tests as a whole section (improve test run preformance)

* Enable the xvfb service on the qmlui build.

* Reset files which have been extracted into separate patches.

* Always retrieve potentially new versions through wget

* Fix rules typos

* Re-activate the script test after fixing it.

* Replacing QTEST_APPLESS_MAIN by QTEST_MAIN as suggested.

* Wait for the JSEngine Thread to finish.

* Remove superfluous :CONTINUE statement at end of loop.
