Merge branch 'release-1.3.6'

* release-1.3.6:
  Bumping version to 1.3.6
  Update SQS model
  Update apigateway model
  Update S3 model for UploadPart SSE Header Removal
  Refactor type detection and  test cases
  Skip convertion if the input is already unicode
  Rename normalize() to _normalize()
  Also add the new normalization behavior into RefreshableCredentials
  Refactor the structure to use compat.py
  Test cases for secondary result_key
  Remove coveralls.io badge
  Use a different approach
  Detect non-ascii in credential
  Better handling for secondary keys
  Proper handling for string type
  Now can resume from an empty first page
