Rename Answer#requirement to corresponding_requirements

To better reflect what this actually does.

This also revealed code that I don’t believe ever could have worked. The `requirement`s were being stored as a serialised array by the real survey builder, but only tested as strings in the test suite. This could have worked sometimes due to fuzzy string comparison, but the code inside `requirement_level_for_responses` was definitely wrong.
