Completely rewrite library to create a SOC

- all functions now have 2 modes : simple and detailed
- simple (default) now directly returns the value of the given function
- detailed now returns the previous `ExecutedResults`, but now without value being possibly undefined for no reason
- a new `waiter` function was created to deal with waiting for a minimum of time
    - this waiter is essentially the same, but allows to define the function in a lazy loading way
- types are automatically inferred based on options given
