Optimize the tests and fix Travis builds

- Adds `./dist` to the `.gitignore`.
- Adds `node_modules` to the `.eslintignore`.
- Adds the compiler @sergiolepore mentioned in the comments to the `.travis.yml`.
- Changes the `npm` version and `rebuild` on the `.travis.yml`.
- Fixed the `test` task from `jest ./tests/` to just `jest`.
- Upgrades [Jest](https://github.com/facebook/jest) from `0.5.10` to `0.7.1`.
- Tells the [Babel Jest pre processor](https://github.com/babel/babel-jest) to ignore the `dist` directory.
- Specify from which files the coverage will be gathered.
