Switch to using jszip for zip compression (#55)

* Switch to using jszip for zip compression which takes about one quarter of the time od archiver, add callback on zipFolder to allow us to eventually move away from needing a staging folder

* Remove archiver since it's no longer being used

* Fix failing test by following steps provided in issue https://github.com/Stuk/jszip/issues/693#issuecomment-679283421

* Fix unit tests failures on windows

* PR feedback changes
