Added possible PocketIterator implementation

class mancala::Pockets
- Added function get_tail
- Added function insert_after
- Reimplemented Pockets copy constructor to be single pass
- Reimplemented insert to use insert_after
- Reimplemented append to use insert_after
- Reimplemented clear to pass through pointers instead of calling remove repeatedly
  - Faster mostly for not updating tail each time
