Makefile cleanup (#115)

* Assorted minor fixes
* Don't install modes that rely on intermediate files
* Generate xyz-lexd mode rather than xyz-lexc when appropriate
* Explictly import urllib.error so mypy doesn't complain
* Allow both sides of a pair to be specified with --analysers in addition to --analyser
* Add a couple of tests
* bump version
* makefile cleanup
* correct swapped revautoseqs
* cleanup spell check recipes
* comment out unigram .prob recipes so they don't immediately overwrite default HMM taggers
* assorted progress on #50
