BEMBED-268: Updates to MessageCard component (#926)

* Handle image load and error in MessageCard component

* Added image loading and visibility tests to MessageCard component

* Removed unused css class

* Change MessageCard to function component

* Extracted sub components and moved utils to separate file

* Updated MessageCard to have scroll on "content" (including body, image, and children)

* Removed innerRef and changed to React.forwardRef + some PropTypes fixes
