Mark TS type declarations as members of the MockRequests namespace

The TS type declarations were being marked as global even though they technically are nested only within the MockRequests namespace. While I dislike the code smell of making children JSDoc blocks have to keep track of their parents, it does make the generated JSDoc HTML page easier to understand and results in a bit less cluttered nav pane. Thus, mark them as members of MockRequests manually. Note: The '@typedef' imports are still required in MockRequests.js so that the generated .d.ts file still includes them
