Allow converting an amount to/from int64 and big.Int.

These types are often seen in financial and banking APIs.

Added:
- NewAmountFromBigInt() and NewAmountFromInt64()
- Amount.BigInt() and Amount.Int64()

Removed:
- Amount.ToMinorUnits() -> use Amount.Int64() instead.
