Fixing bug with event system

Adding setters to the BeforeSendEvent, AfterSendEvent, and ApiExceptionEvent to
allow modification of the objects within the event.  This is necessary because
PSR7 objects are immutable.  Code generation was modified to fetch the value
again after the event fires.
